Back order policy?

CoTa Global backorder items for remaining order amounts greater than $100 unless customer is not interested in backorder.

Can you rush my order?

Yes, for $25 per order and 0.20 per name drop.

Can I use my own carrier to ship my order?

Yes, you can provide your FedEx or UPS Ground account number and we will gladly ship your order via your carrier.

Do you ship to my country?

CoTa Global Inc. Ships worldwide.

Do you offer name drop? Do you charge for name drop?

We offer free name drop service for orders above $500, and we can name drop almost everything soft or hard. We charge a $50 name drop fee for orders below $500.

How can I order from CoTa Global?

How do you charge and ship to Canada?

We ship to Canada via the cheapest option we can source for the service requested. We Cap the shipping charge at 17% for order above $750 making our products available in Canada just like buying from local market. If you don’t have a broker and would like to use CoTa’s broker we will pass the $45 charge to you, plus 5% GST. If we will get billed for Duty we will bill you later.

How much will I be charged for shipping?

We cap shipping for domestic USA at 15% so everyone in the USA will be paying as local customer. And we negotiate great rates for other than ground services and for other than domestic USA customers to provide affordable rates.

How will CoTa Global ship my order to me?

We generally ship via FedEx ground or express and use brokers for freight. However if you have any other shipping needs let us know such your shipping carrier or account we follow instructions.

Is there a minimum order size/amount?

Yes, Minimum orders are $250 and the minimum quantity per item varies between 2-24. For Name Drop orders the minimum is $500 and twice the regular minimum quantity.

What is the turnaround time for shipping once I've placed an order?

CoTa Global generally ships within 1-3 business days of receiving your order. Orders placed very close to holidays or at conventions may take slightly longer. An order that requires custom modifications such as Name Drop can take up to two weeks to ship. Complete custom orders can take up to 6 months, some exceptions may occur.

What if I have a problem with my order?

What are my payment choices?

For domestic customers we accept checks, wires, ACH, PayPal payments and all major credit cards as payment. For international customers we accept only wire transfers. Cota Global charges 3% processing fee for those who wish to pay via credit card after receiving terms.

When will my order ship?

We normally process none name drop orders to ship within 72 business hours unless special requests are made. Name drop orders normally ship within 14 business days. During busy season March, April & October processing may take longer.

When will my credit card be charged?

CoTa Global, Inc. normally charges credit cards 72 business hours before your package is shipped. In case of a custom order (Example: Pad Print, Heat transfer, Etc.) CoTa Global, Inc. reserves the right to charge for an order up to 4 weeks before the actual ship date in order to process the order and prepare the merchandise.
